Why tenet Movie Not earn much collection? Know Here

This movie gave me the same vibes that Reservoir Dogs did the first time I watched it. Not so much in a linearly-disjointed plot line sense (Tenet’s plot line is as clear as a line in the sand), but more so in the sense that you’re utterly captivated by the contents of the film thus far, and at the same time really only have half an idea of what had happened thus far, and have almost no idea of what’s to come.

In my opinion this movie is a remarkable effort at breaking new ground in regards to both editing and photography. My friends personally had a lot of positive remarks regarding the score of the film, but I found myself too engrossed in the spectacle of the film to afford the score adequate attention. I’ve been seeing people complain about the sound drowning out conversational points in the movie. As a guy that has physician recognized hearing damage, it really wasn’t a problem for me, so take that at your discretion.

The plot was a fresh take on a time-tried concept of addressing a futuristic “world war 3,” the technical aspects of the filming were deserving of a best in class award, and the acting chops were being served up like we’re in a Brazilian steakhouse, and I can’t recommend this movie enough.

I won’t be able to fully appreciate it with anything less than a half dozen viewings. 9/10, absolutely marvelous

P.S. I feel for Christopher Nolan more than anyone else on the planet right now

TLDR; Good movie, not the best IMHO. You should see it wherever it's available in your region of course but it's not worth the big hype.

Detailed non-spoiler review: I attended the IMAX premiere and the movie's idea is cool but not the best tbh. Nolan works the idea by throwing a lot of things and big words at you that you won't necessarily understand so you think it's complex but the idea is very simple and justifies itself using urgent problem or let me better say crisis we're facing right now.

Kenneth Branagh Antagonist's character is not him at all and seems just like bad acting especially when he's angry or shouting. The lead is an amazing choice, fast, sarcastic, and just a great all-rounder. Robert Pattinson is just... There! I get that his role is integral to the team but still, didn't feel like he's the part. Elizabeth Debicki (GotG 2) acting is okay-ish and of course, it wouldn't be a Chris Nolan movie without the beloved Michael Cain's appearance which is highly appreciated no matter how small it is! The characters overall feel extremely detached and have little to no backstory, they just pop up to fulfill their goal and disappear unlike Nolan's other movies like Inception or Interstellar, maybe their backstory will be in the future? 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

The soundtrack is too aggressive which services the movie perfectly; But the same problem with every Nolan movie: the soundtrack is too loud and conversation is barely heard most of the time or at least the first 20 to 30 min I had a very hard time understanding what's going on between the explosions and the soundtrack.

There's a lot of Deus Ex Machina throughout the movie. They'll be like "ah you don't understand this and why this happened, ok this happened just because of this. That's it!"

I'd give it 10/10 for Directing coz of Nolan and the amount of money spent on sets and getting everything just right in terms of justifying the story and car chases and new concepts that have never been done before but the movie overall IMHO is unfortunately barely a 6!

Okay.... I'm kind of shocked by these 5 out of 5 reviews ... Espically reading some of them ; that even say it wasn't amazing! So why give it 5 marks?!

Okay so was really excited about this one .. was hoping it was going to blow my mind with complex scenes and story lines just like some of the best films ... But they really need to iron out the creases in this film , it needed another few years in getting a sound story!

First of all the sound was terrible , I couldn't hear most of the film as the music overlapped the conversations. I liked this but the sound needed adjusting ALOT! I'm rather shocked how poor this actually was... Its like watching a film and finally you get to the key point and then somebody walks in and asks you a question and you miss the best part .... That sort of annoying 😂

Hmm the plot , well it started well and then just seemed they ran out of budget and had to make do with a messy end... Like I got it but there were alot of weak areas personally espically at the end ....

Who the hell were they fighting ( I saw one guy people! One guy ) , things just weren't clear and once again expected the watcher to make assumptions , I normally like this but in this film , I personally didn't think it worked.

There were areas which just didn't add up in the movie and could have been alot stronger, also the film had elements of being complex but weren't really delved into, which is a shame .

Best part ! I really loved one fight scene where the choreography was really good! And the little twist that linked it back further in the film, thumbs up for that.

Overall, this film would have been better with sound adjustment and more meat to the plot , it's not shutter Island , looper or inception , I would have liked something to challenge my mind more than my ears!

However.....

I'm going to watch it again , with the sub titles and analyse the plot , maybe I missed something or maybe watching it from a different point of view will make me more inspired and love the film more..?

But give it a watch as everybody is different ! you may also see it in a different light after reading my review (your welcome😉)

Support the cinemas they need us right now film lovers!
